The bungalows are suitable for a singel person, to live in there on a permanent basis.

The bungalows are in a top location in Chiang Mai at „World Club Land“, home of the Grace International School and the American Pacific Kindergarten.

World Club Land is close to Chiang Mais International Airport; but without the noise of it.

Near by you will find:

Chiang Mais largest and best Shopping Mall „Robinson Airport Plaza“ so as Carrefour, Makro, Big C, Home Pro, Gas Stations, Movies/Theaters and so on. There are a number of buses that connect you to the World Club.

The bungalows are full-value furnished and are containing:

1 quality bed and mattress, pillow and blanket so as one set of covers.

1 bedside lamp, 11 individual switchable downlights.

1 corner bench, 1 table, 1 build around the corner large working space of totally 6.0 x 0,6 m,

1 small fridge, 1 water cooker, 1 electric cooking plate, 1 Toaster, 1 small build-in personal safe, WiFi Internet connection 2 Mb., 1 TV with Asiasat2 Sat.dish and individual receiver, 1 DVD player.

2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 knifes, 2 spoons, 2 coffe spoons.

1 built-in wardrobe of 2,0 x 0,6 m until the ceiling, 1 high quality bathroom with toilet, sink, floor unit under the sink, separated shower room with rain shower and warm water heater.

RENTAL OPTIONS:

The following shown rental charge has to be prepaid for the entire rental time and is quoted as:

Time of rent = 1-6 days 1000 THB per day.

1-2 weeks 5000 THB per week.

3-4 weeks 3500 THB per week.

1-3 months 12000 THB per month.

The following shown rental charge has to be paid monthly in advance plus when signing the rental contract, a guarantee amount of a total value of 3 months rent has to be paid, which will be returned without interest at the regular end of the rental time.

Time of rent = 4-12 months 9500 THB per month.

13-36 months 7500 THB per month.

Only the person who signed the rental contract will be allowed to live in the premises.

Included in the rental charge is:

Rent, ADSL Internet connection, electricity, water, garbage removal, joint use of the pool (only for the tenant), use of all items belonging to your bungalow.

Not permitted is:

Visitors or noise nuisance after 22 hours,

using the pool between 19 and 8 hours (Regeneration),

Pool-Parties,

leaving the Aircon on while a window or door is left open or if you leave the bungalow for more than 3 hours.
